I treat the whole person, not just a symptom or issue as a separate thing!

Transpersonal psychotherapy and counseling work can help support and nurture the process
of your healing, growth, and psycho-spiritual transformation.

Something  that most people aren’t aware of is that in the moment we are suffering most, is also the moment of  the greatest possibility of healing and transformation in our lives. However we often need help from outside ourselves in order to see this potential for healing.  Finding the right kind of support is essential as healing oneself isn’t easy work.  It requires reaching out, letting people in, asking the big questions, and turning inward toward parts of ourselves that we don’t want to acknowledge due to fear or the sheer pain of feeling the hurt.

As a transpersonal counselor and psychotherapist,  I bring an eclectic and holistic range of therapies together to work with your complete individual body/mind/spirit  with your own view of what is going on in your world and together we look at it and explore how to expand your present issue into something that is able to support integration and new growth in you.

To do this I use a combination of several different therapy methods which allows your in-depth process work to essentially find your own answers to your questions and allow you to move through your present issue and onward into a new way of experiencing your life.

                                                          the possibility of working together.)

A short definition of transpersonal psychology from the Journal of Transpersonal Psychology suggests that transpersonal psychology "is concerned with the study of humanity’s highest potential, and with the recognition, understanding, and realization of unitive, spiritual, and transcendent states of consciousness" (Lajoie and Shapiro, 1992:91). Issues considered in transpersonal psychology include spiritual self-developmentpeak experiencesmystical experiencessystemic trance and other experiences of living. wikipedia.org.
