I am an advanced TARA Approach practitioner as well as a counselor and life coach. I began my study and practice of energetic medicine over 25 years ago, and added Jin Shin TARA to my medicine bag of skills in 1996. This healing modality helped me to recover from a major head injury after three years of  trying everything that western medicine could do for me and then being given up on as unresponsive.

Jin Shin TARA is a hands on energetic healing modality, which follows the five element meridian system in the body. By holding points along those meridians, the healer finds and releases stuck energy, which manifests as pain and even disease in the physical body. When this pain is released the issue, which originally caused the stuck energy, often arises naturally to be seen and healed so that the body can release the actual trauma completely. The TARA Approach combines Jin Shin TARA with counseling techniques to help facilitate this release.

I have studied and graduated from the TARA Approach certification program with Dr. Stephanie Mines between 1996 and 2000 and have been an active practitioner since that time.
I am committed to using the power and elegance of the TARA Approach along with Reiki and Transpersonal Psychology Counseling to transform the experience of pain in the body into release, to help you in your own healing, and growth.

If needed I can also utilize my extensive experience as a life coach and a counselor to deepen your healing. I  combine my years of study and practice in energetic healing with a passionate creativity, particularly in art therapy, dream therapy, and equine assisted psychotherapy which I weave into individualized treatment sessions to deepen experiential access to the area of the Body/Mind where the trapped energy and self-image resides and awaits transformation.

The TARA Approach is designed to resolve the physiological, neurological, emotional, psychological and spiritual impacts of shock and trauma.
