looking for a place that both teaches life skills and brings your children
out into nature in a safe, healthy and totally fun way?
This program includes:
At
Roanoke Farm this summer we are having weekly programs geared to various
age levels for life skill coaching with horses doing on the ground arena
work. For the smaller children we will be using mini-horses or ponies
exclusively, while for the older children larger horses will be mixed into
the sessions.
(No one needs to have had any horse experience to do this program all
learning programs are conducted on the ground with proven fun sessions)
We
will be mixing two life-skill learning arena sessions a day (two hours)
into two other hours of fun time with the horses, experiential games for
children to learn to become at ease with themselves and how they approach
their world and learning/play with other farm animals which will change
daily to keep interest, learning and enhances their joy in the world
around them.
